CHALLENGE
EA Sports aimed to generate excitement for the release of the EA Sports UFC 4 game among a Gen Z audience of fight fans on social media. Their quest led them to Wave Sports + Entertainment, the selected social partner with its compelling and client-winning pitch deck.
STRATEGY
Leveraging our MMA brand, Haymakers, Wave Sports + Entertainment executed a seamless promotional campaign for the launch of EA Sports UFC 4. Specifically targeting highly engaged Gen Z and millennial fight fans, we crafted custom content showcasing the much-anticipated EA Sports UFC 4 Five-Star Fighters, featuring interviews with Daniel Cormier, Amanda Nunes, and Valentina Shevchenko, and distribution of the game trailer, across Instagram Reels and Stories. The result was millions of views directed to the campaign creative, successfully heightening awareness, educating, and instilling excitement among fans for EA Sports UFC 4.
